Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser - Maybelline (English review)

Today I wanted to talk about a product that I bought recently and I am using everyday...Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser by Maybelline.  

If you have oily/combination skin like me you'll notice that
your make up won't last long time and you'll get oily areas even using
oil-free make up.
This is a primer to use before you put your make up on but after your moisturizing cream.You should apply it on the areas you have pores or the T zone.
It is 22 ml / 0.67 oz and the price is 6.95 euros.

What the brand claims:

"Instantly blurs the look of pores, without clogging them. Insta-blur technology visibly smoothes pores away. Can be worn alone or under make up. Non-comedogenic and fragance-free,"

I apply it after my moisturizer, I wait until it's completely dry (about 15 minutes), I apply a thin layer on the T zone and then I put on my make up.


PROS

• Transparent gel formula and it feels thin when applied. 
• Non-comedogenic, oil-free, fragance-free.
• Smoothes and refines skin. 
• Pore minimizer. 
• Prevents your foundation from oxidizing
• Matt finish
• Just a thin layer is enough
• Very good price 6.95 euros

CONS

• It doesn't minimize VERY big and open pores. 

OVERALL

It is indeed a very good product if you have oily/combination skin because it will minimize your pores, It will smooth your skin away and your make up will last longer. If you have dry skin without visible pores the result will be excellent.
Would I recommed it? Definitely and also the price is good.

Baby Skin Borrador Instantáneo de Poros - Maybelline

Hoy quería hablar de un producto que compré hace poco y estoy usando todos los días: Baby Skin Borrador Instantáneo de Poros de Maybelline. 

Si tienes una piel mixta/grasa como yo entonces tendrás muchos problemas para que te dure el maquillaje en la piel sin que salgan brillos, incluso usando maquillajes oil-free.
Esto es una prebase/primer para usar antes del maquillaje y después de la crema hidratante. Se aplica en las zonas donde hay poros visibles o la zona T.
El envase es de 22 ml y su precio de 6.95 euros.

Lo que marca dice:
" Inmediatamente oculta los poros sin obstruirlos. La tecnología Insta-blur suaviza visiblemente los poros. Se puede usar sola o debajo del maquillaje. No comedogénica. Sin fragancia "
Yo me la aplico después de la crema hidratante habitual, espero a que esté completamente seca (pasados unos 15 minutos), aplico una fina capa en la zona T y después me pongo el maquillaje.






PROS

• Textura ligera y transparente. 
• No comedogénica, oil-free, sin frangancia.
• Suaviza la piel inmediatamente
• Minimiza los poros.
• Evita que el maquillaje se oxide.
• Deja la piel mate.
• Con poca cantidad es suficiente.
• Precio económico, 6.95 euros. 

CONTRAS

• No oculta poros MUY abiertos. Solo minimiza. 

VEREDICTO FINAL

Es un buen producto si tienes piel grasa/mixta porque minimizará los poros, suavizará la piel y hará que tu maquillaje dure más. En pieles secas sin poros abiertos el resultado es excelente.
¿Lo recomendaría? Definitivamente sí y además el precio es muy asequible.

Teint Idole Ultra 24H - Lancome (English review)

I just decided to start a new blog talking about something that I love: beauty and make up.
And the best way to start off is talking about a foundation.
This time I am going to be talking about one foundation that "stole my heart" and it is...Teint Idole Ultra 24h by Lancome.
I bought it because I was feeling "desperate". I mean, the foundation that I was using (Revlon Colorstay - I'll talk about it too) was running out and I needed one. I went to the mall with a friend and we found a beauty store that had discounts up to 50%. I couldn't miss that chance so I tried to find a high end foundation with a good discount. I went straight to Estee Lauder because I had in the past their best seller, "Double Wear" but the didn't have my shade (very fair).So the girl working on the store said that Lancome foundations were very good also and they had fair shades available. And yes, I found an oil-free foundation for my oily skin, full coverage and with many shades available!
I don't usually buy foundations without reading previously many reviews about it but I decided to buy the Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation because apparently it had all I needed and they were going to make me a big discount! I paid 25 euros and the normal price is 42.







PROS

• Full coverage and buildable
• Semi matt finish
• Oil-free and non comedogenic
• Very long lasting. retouch-free
• Many shades available
• SPF 15
• Glass bottle and pump dispenser

CONS

• It doesn't last 24H as the brand claims (although it lasts long time)
• You might get some shine in certain areas after 5-6 hours.
• Expensive

OVERALL

If you have oily/combination skin/acne prone skin just like me, this is your foundation. It is very long lasting without retouching, full coverage and natural finish.
Eventhough it doesn't stay in place 24H it is a VERY GOOD PRODUCT, especially if you apply before the foundation a primer and you seal at the end with powder.
If you have dry skin, this foundation is not good for you because it will make it drier.

He decidido empezar con este nuevo blog hablando de algo que me apasiona: la belleza y maquillaje.
¿Y qué mejor forma de empezar que hablando de una base de maquillaje?
En este caso hablaré de una que me tiene "enamorada" y es...Teint Idole Ultra 24H de Lancome.

La compré en principio porque estaba un poco "desesperada". Es decir, se me estaba terminando mi base actual (Revlon Colorstay de la que hablaré más adelante) y necesitaba una. Fui a un centro comercial con una amiga y casualmente vimos una perfumería que estaba liquidando por cierre así que tenía descuentos en maquillajes, cremas y perfumes de hasta el 50%. Como comprenderéis, no podía dejar pasar esa oportunidad y me decidí a buscar una buena base de maquillaje.
Primero me acerqué a Estee Lauder pues yo probé hace años la famosa "Double Wear" y me gustó pero no les quedaban ya tonos. Fui a Lancome y vi justo lo que buscaba; una base "oil free" para mi piel grasa y que además aún tenía tonos claros!
No suelo comprar bases sin haber leído antes muchas opiniones acerca del producto pero decidí arriesgar y llevarme la Teint Idole Ultra 24H pues aparentemente tenía lo que necesitaba y además con un descuento importante. De 42 euros sin descuento, pagué 25 con el descuento aplicado.






   PROS

• Alta cobertura y modulable.
• Acabado semi mate.
• Libre de aceites y no comedogénico.
• Dura muchas horas sin retoques
• Mucha variedad de tonos
• SPF 15
• Envase de cristal con dispensador.

CONTRAS

• No dura 24H como dice (aunque dura mucho)
• Acaban saliendo ciertos brillos después de unas 5-6 horas.
• Precio elevado. 

VEREDICTO FINAL

Si tienes piel mixta o grasa y con tendencia al acné como yo, esta es tu base. Aguanta bien muchas horas sin retoques, cubre perfectamente las imperfecciones y tiene un acabado natural.
A pesar de que no se mantiene intacta 24H como dice la marca, es MUY BUEN producto, sobre todo si antes has aplicado una prebase y has finalizado sellando con polvos.
Si tienes piel seca esta base no es para ti pues te va a resecar más.
